How to reach us
ScreenSift will take messages by email. The address will be published on this page; there will be no contact form, so messages reach us without passing through a form service.
We cannot promise a reply to every message, but every reported factual error is checked against the official source. The sections below explain what makes a report easy to act on.
Corrections
The most useful correction includes three things: the page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a link to the official page that shows the current information.
We check the report against the provider’s own page before changing anything. If the article is wrong or out of date, we correct it, and the update date changes once the affected information has been checked again. Our methodology explains this process.
Price changes and tips
AI video plans change often. If an official pricing page no longer matches what we published, send the URL and describe what changed. A screenshot is not needed; we will open the page ourselves.
We verify every tip independently before publishing it. A tip on its own is never reported as fact.
For companies we cover
If you represent a product we cover, you are welcome to point out factual errors or tell us about public changes. Please include links to public pages, because we cite sources that readers can check for themselves.
We do not accept payment for coverage, rankings, or a changed conclusion, and a place in a guide is an editorial decision. If we ever accept a free account or credits for testing, the article that uses them will disclose it. More about our independence is on the About page.
What we cannot help with
ScreenSift is not affiliated with any product we cover. We cannot access your account, issue refunds, cancel a subscription, or fix a billing problem. For those, contact the provider’s own support. For example, Everygen’s website links to its support page from its footer.
Your privacy when you write to us
We use your email address and message only to read and respond to them, and to act on what you sent. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or account information. Our privacy policy explains what the site itself collects.
