What Viewmax AI is today

If you searched for Viewmax AI, the tool you most likely remember is now called Everygen. It is an AI video app for YouTube Shorts, UGC-style clips, and ads. The site describes it as a way to turn an idea into a short post. Everygen’s privacy policy names the company “Viewmax LLC, doing business as Everygen,” and the pricing page footer still reads “© 2026 Viewmax LLC.” The rename itself, and what it means for existing subscribers, is covered in our Viewmax-to-Everygen briefing.

One company, one product, two domains

The same company runs the same product from two addresses. On 2026-10-05, www.viewmax.io and everygen.ai both returned the same Everygen pages. The page titles, meta descriptions, and pricing FAQs matched word for word, and neither domain redirected to the other. Both versions of the page declared www.viewmax.io as the canonical address.

So a viewmax.io link is not a stale mirror or a copycat. It is the current Everygen site under its original domain. In a US Google results snapshot we pulled in early October 2026, everygen.ai ranked first for “everygen.”

What the product does

According to Everygen’s own pages, the app combines script writing, AI voiceover, auto-captions, and video generation from several model families, including Seedance and Kling. Everygen calls itself “Trusted by 5,000+ creators.” That figure is the company’s own claim, and ScreenSift has not verified it. For how the generator works and what a video costs, see our Viewmax AI video generator guide.

Same name, different company: how the four results relate

Searching for “viewmax ai” or “everygen” can turn up four products. Only the first is the former Viewmax. The others are listed by how closely they overlap with it.

Same company: viewmax.io and everygen.ai

This is the product covered across ScreenSift’s Everygen series. Both domains show the same plans: Basic, Professional, and Creator, priced from $14 a month billed annually. The footer names Viewmax LLC.

Separate site, same market: ViewMax Studio (viewmax.studio)

ViewMax Studio is a multi-model AI studio with tools for video, images, audio, and captions. Its pages are signed “© 2026 Viewmax Studio,” and it sells its own plans. It also publishes its own MCP for Claude, with an endpoint on viewmax.studio. Nothing on the pages we read links it to Viewmax LLC or Everygen. The relationship between the two, if there is one, is not disclosed on either provider’s website.

Separate site, same market: EveryGen AI (everygen-ai.com)

EveryGen AI also sells AI video and image generation. Its pages list models such as Seedance 2.5, Veo 3.1, and Nano Banana 2. Its pricing FAQ says it is “operated by EveryGen LLC, registered in the United States.” Its plans are Lite, Basic, Pro, and Business, from $19 to $99 a month. A “Basic” plan here is not Everygen’s Basic plan. Whether EveryGen LLC has any connection to Viewmax LLC is not disclosed on either provider’s website.

Unrelated: the EveryGen iOS app by HOOZA

The EveryGen – AI-in-One Generator iPhone app is a writing assistant for résumés, essays, and lyrics. It does not make videos. The App Store lists HOOZA VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED as the seller and HOOZA LTD as the developer. On 2026-10-05 the listing showed version 1.3, last updated on 2024-10-15, with a 4.5 rating from 72 US ratings.

One correction is worth making here. An AITuber article dated 2026-09-23 describes the app as “a phone app from MWM.” The App Store listing names HOOZA, not MWM. The MWM page that ranks for the app is an independent directory entry, and it says it is not the app’s official page.

Look at the domain first, then the footer’s company name. If a page says “formerly Viewmax” and shows Basic, Professional, and Creator plans, it is the product you used before.

Google Play also lists third-party guide apps. One, Viewmax Ai App Advisor by Eshatech Apps, calls itself an independent and unofficial guide to Viewmax AI Studio, not to Everygen.

Which Viewmax tool you probably want

  • You had a Viewmax account or subscription. Go to viewmax.io or everygen.ai. Both are the same product, and the rename briefing explains what carries over.
  • You want an AI tool for Shorts or ads. Start with Everygen’s plans in our pricing breakdown, then compare other options in our Everygen alternatives guide.
  • You want an MCP connection for Claude. Check which domain the setup guide uses. Everygen and ViewMax Studio both offer one, and they connect to different accounts.

Is Viewmax AI free?

Not on the current pricing page. Everygen lists three paid plans. Billed monthly, they cost $19.99, $29.99, and $69.99. Billed annually, the monthly equivalents are $14, $19, and $49. They include 200, 350, and 800 credits a month. Our pricing breakdown covers each credit tier and the annual totals.

Reputation under the old name

Public reviews still sit under the old brand. On 2026-10-02, the Trustpilot profile for viewmax.io showed a 3.5 out of 5 score from 79 reviews. That is a third-party snapshot, not a ScreenSift rating. Our Everygen AI review puts it in context.

Sources and what this check covers

On 2026-10-05 we read Everygen’s pages on both domains, its pricing page, the ViewMax Studio site, the EveryGen AI pricing page, and the App Store listing. We did not sign up, buy a plan, or generate anything on any of these sites. Ownership links between the four operators are only what each site says about itself.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask when “Viewmax” turns up four different answers.

Is Viewmax AI the same as Everygen?

Yes. Viewmax renamed its product Everygen. Everygen’s privacy policy names Viewmax LLC, doing business as Everygen, and the site’s own title reads “Everygen (formerly Viewmax).” The rename itself is covered in our Viewmax-to-Everygen briefing.

Is viewmax.io still the official website?

Yes. On 2026-10-05, www.viewmax.io and everygen.ai served the same Everygen pages, with identical titles, descriptions, and FAQs, and neither redirected to the other. Both pages declared www.viewmax.io as the canonical address.

Is Viewmax Studio the same company as Viewmax?

Nothing we read connects them. ViewMax Studio at viewmax.studio signs its pages “© 2026 Viewmax Studio,” sells its own plans, and runs its own MCP endpoint. Everygen’s pages name Viewmax LLC. Neither site describes a relationship with the other.

Is everygen-ai.com the same as Everygen?

Not according to its own pages. everygen-ai.com says EveryGen AI is operated by EveryGen LLC, registered in the United States, and lists Lite, Basic, Pro, and Business plans from $19 to $99 a month. Any relationship with Viewmax LLC is not disclosed by either site.

Is the EveryGen app on the App Store made by Viewmax?

No. The App Store lists HOOZA VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED as the seller and HOOZA LTD as the developer. It is a writing app in the Reference category, last updated on 2024-10-15, and it does not make videos.

Does Viewmax AI have a free plan?

Everygen’s pricing page, checked on 2026-10-05, showed three paid plans and no free plan card. Basic starts at $14 a month billed annually or $19.99 month to month. Whether signup includes any trial credits is not disclosed on the pricing page.

Can I still log in to my old Viewmax account?

Everygen’s migration notice says existing accounts, subscriptions, credits, and projects carry over, and that you sign in the way you always have. ScreenSift has not tested a sign-in, so this is Everygen’s statement rather than our result.

Which Viewmax has an MCP for Claude?

Two do, and they are different products. Everygen offers an MCP connection for Claude and publishes a tutorial on its blog. ViewMax Studio publishes its own MCP endpoint at viewmax.studio. Check the domain in the setup instructions before connecting either one.
